The cooktop features one dual wok burner, two triple-ring burners, and two semi-rapid burners. The dual burner delivers a heat range from 1,000 to 18,000 BTU, while the cooktop provides a total output of 62,000 BTU. This versatile configuration allows you to switch from gentle simmering to high-heat searing or stir-frying with ease.
The oven offers three cooking modes: Bake, Broil, and Convection Bake. It delivers up to 17,000 BTU of baking power and 13,000 BTU for broiling. Seven rack positions and two sets of full-extension telescopic racks make multi-level cooking easier and provide safe access to hot dishes.
